Reality City Experience

Game On!

It all starts with learning the lingo!  Compete against others or yourself and test your knowledge - college planning, career preparation, and financial literacy terms and concepts.

Party Time!

Come join the party - Holland's People Party!  This interactive exercise will help students explore their interests and abilities to see what careers they might want to pursue.

Reality City

This one day event designed to give students an opportunity to experience how their desired career choice might influence their future lifestyle.

Students will receive their monthly salary as they begin their trip to Reality City.  They will then make decisions about the wants and needs that will determine the lifestyle they might be able to live in the future.

This has been an eye-opening experience for over 5,000 students and a valuable addition to and foundation of financial literacy programs!

For more information about donation for event, additional resources (such as Money$mart Teens financial literacy workbook), and expanding or developing your current financial literacy program, please contact Plan the Way at 513 753 1290 or email at info@ptwfoundation.org.

Design U.

What makes you different?  Students will explore ways they can brand themselves as they prepare for opportunities in the future.  They will search for opportunities in the community that will provide them with further knowledge about their intended career path (i.e. volunteering, fairs, events, etc.).
